With timely scheduling, you can be assured that your property will be regularly maintained within previously agreed conditions. Our clients do not expect to have to call and request our services. We go beyond passive maintenance services and look after your property twelve months a year, suggesting services that need completed. This is an added bonus for our out-of-town owners, managers and military personnel that have other priorities. Besides offering all of these outstanding services, Red River Lawn & Landscapes offers seasonal contract invoicing. This allows managers to budget for landscape services all year long. How does it work? Red River Lawns & Landscapes offers the following lawn maintenance programs for your lawn care needs. Request a free estimate for the services you need. We will review and measure your property and have an estimate for you within 48 hours via email, snail mail, or in person. You monthly invoice will be the total amount of your seasonal services divided over 9 months. We also offer a 12 month payment options. Additional services will be billed on the invoice of the month that it occurred. Please visit our payment policy for further information.

At Red River Lawns & Landscapes we take pride in the lawns we service. In order to maintain our service schedule we do not mow on a one time basis or "as needed".
