Red River Lawns & Landscapes payment policies for 2010

• All invoices will be mailed on the 1st of the month.
• Red River Lawns & Landscapes will include a self addressed stamped envelope for your convenience.
• All invoices are itemized by hours and services provided for your convenience.
• Payments are Net 10. All payments must be postmarked by the 10th of the same month. 
• A late fee of 10% of the balance will be assessed to the balance if your payment is not postmarked by the 15th of the month.
• Red River Lawns & Landscapes does not ask it's residential customers to sign a contract for services. 
• By allowing Red River Lawns & Landscapes to service your property you agree to Red River Lawns & Landscapes billing and late fee policies.   
• All new customers for 2010 will be required to pay for the month in advance.
• Additional services requested will be added to the next mailed invoice.

Inclement Weather Policy

• If we are unable to service your yard due to weather on your scheduled day we will resume our schedule the next business day.
• If you would like to be notified when this occurs please provide us with a valid email address at customerservice@redriverlawns.com  Please provide your assigned account number.

  • Rain
  • Thunderstorms/Lighting
  • Wind gust exceeding 20 mph
  • Snow

 It is important at Red River Lawns & Landscapes that we provide the best service possible. Because of this we do not cut grass when it’s wet.
