Red River Lawns & Landscapes Payment Policies

• All invoices will be sent by email on the 1st of the month. If an email address is not provided your invoice will be mailed.
• All invoices are itemized by hours and services provided for your convenience.
• All payments must be postmarked by the 10th of the month. 
• A late fee of 10% of the balance will be assessed to the balance if your payment is not postmarked by the 10th of the month.
• Red River Lawns & Landscapes does not ask it's residential customers to sign a contract for services.  We do require payment before service for new customers.
• By allowing Red River Lawns & Landscapes to service your property you agree to Red River Lawns & Landscapes billing and late fee policies.   
• All new customers for 2012 will be required to pay for their monthly service in advance.
• Additional services requested will be added to the next mailed invoice.

• Red River Lawns & Landscapes reserves the right to suspend service on accounts at anytime.
• Late charges will continue to accrue on any unpaid balance until the full amount is paid.

Inclement Weather Policy

• If we are unable to service your yard due to weather on your scheduled day we will resume our schedule the next business day.
• If you would like to be notified when this occurs please provide us with a valid email address at customerservice@redriverlawns.com  Please provide your assigned account number.
